Clearance Information

To work or volunteer at Holy Family Parish or School you are required to complete the Diocesan and State of Pennsylvania required clearances. Completed clearances should be returned in one complete packet to Safe Environment Coordinator, Florinda Meli, in the Parish Office.  All clearances must be obtained prior to beginning employment or volunteering.

Please read the following policies before signing off on the acknowledgement pages in the packet. 

Code of Conduct, Sexual Abuse Policy, Social Media and Electronic Communications Policy

 

NEW REQUIREMENTS: The Diocese of Allentown has updated two of their policies: the Code of Conduct & the Sexual Abuse Policy. They have also instated a new policy: the Social Media & Electronic Communications Policy. Therefore, there are 3 acknowledgement forms that need to be signed off on and turned in to the Parish Office. The policies can be read by clicking the links above. The Diocese has also informed us that all employees and volunteers need to obtain the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) clearance. The actual clearance will be mailed to your home approximately two weeks after submission. Once received, please provide a copy to the Parish Office. The three acknowledgement forms as well as the NSOR form can be found by clicking here

UPDATING OUTDATED CLEARANCES: If your existing clearances are more than 5 years old, it is time to update. Please contact Florinda at [email protected].
